its located at the Plenary Hall, where Sir Tom Jones' concert held :X
and, HAVE TO PAY! NOOOOO! THIS CANT BE HAPPENING, ARGH.
the VIP ones cost around RM350 and the cheapest is RM120.
okay, its no point buying the cheap ones.
cuz if u do, like cummon! U-Kiss gonna be like a eraser's size only xO
